How To Adopt
We have convenient options available to meet and adopt our pets. Please see below for locations and times. Please make sure to fill out an adoption application prior to arrival to streamline your adoption.

Our dog adoption fee is typically $275 or $125 for cats. It includes spay/neuter, micro-chipping, all shots (age appropriate), and a heart worm test (for dogs over 6 months). We would also like to offer a discount to military, police, fire and EMTs. They will pay $200 instead of $275 for a dog adoption fee. You will find that our adoption fee is extremely reasonable for all these services, especially when compared to a veterinary clinic. And you can feel good knowing that the money we collect is used to rescue more dogs.

ADOPTION DAYS

Weekdays:
Monday-Friday from 11am - 4pm and by appointment only at the Pet Rescue Adoption Center. With an approved application, a meeting with a pet can usually be arranged during the week, but all healthy animals are at Saturday adoptions with a few exceptions.

Saturdays:
Every Saturday, with a few holiday exceptions located at the Pet Rescue Adoption Center from 11am to 4pm.

Sundays:
We are currently closed on Sundays.

Pet Rescue was founded in 2010, in the wake of Hurricane Irma, and has evolved into a vibrant animal rescue organization. Our mission is to save the lives of abandoned dogs, cats and other house pets and place them in loving and permanent homes.
